Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RunPPC service provided by RunPPC ("RunPPC", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RunPPC connects to your Google Ads account. Its assistant builds campaigns, proposes changes, and sets up conversion measurement in that account, and applies each change once you approve it. RunPPC also personalizes your existing landing pages to match paid-ad search intent, captures conversions (form leads and call clicks), and provides a CPL/ROI dashboard. RunPPC is not a landing-page builder and does not host your pages. Personalization is delivered via a JavaScript snippet you install on your own pages.
2. Accounts, workspaces, and roles
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- A Workspace is the tenant boundary (typically one of your clients). Within a workspace, roles are Admin (manages ad-platform connections and members), Editor (creates and launches Experiences), and Viewer (read-only dashboard access, e.g. for your own client).
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the actions of users you invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; install the snippet on sites you do not control or are not authorized to manage; inject malicious code; attempt to breach tenant isolation or access other customers' data; reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service to process data in violation of applicable privacy law.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to Google Ads (and, in the future, Microsoft/Bing Ads) via their APIs. It reads your account to report on it, and it can create or change campaigns and measurement settings in that account only when you explicitly approve each change, at which point it applies the version you approved. We do not create or close ad accounts, and we do not install or edit the conversion tracking on your own website. New campaigns are always created paused; starting one is a separate action you take yourself.
You remain the advertiser. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with Google/Microsoft advertising policies, for the content of the ads you approve, and for having the rights to connect the accounts you connect. Certain Google features require you to accept Google's own terms directly, and we will never accept them on your behalf.
5. Customer data and ownership
- You retain all rights to your content, your landing pages, and the data captured on them. We claim no ownership of them.
- You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to process account structure, metrics, and conversion events) as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
- We retain all rights to the RunPPC software, snippet, and dashboard.
6. No performance guarantee
RunPPC provides tooling to build and change Google Ads campaigns with your approval, and to personalize, capture, and measure. We do not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, conversion rate, ranking, or Quality Score improvement. The snippet runs client-side and does not alter how search engines crawl your pages. Conversion figures reflect observed events (form leads and call clicks are reported separately) and depend on correct setup.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The snippet is designed to fail safe and not block your landing page.
8. Fees
The Service is offered on paid plans only. Fees, billing cycle, and any annual terms will be presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunPPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data; and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of third-party platform policies.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lyon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
